Ah! Nostalgia

Childhood, I think, is the most precious memory a human can have. It is the time where we don't really mind things like paying bills, scheduling our meetings, planning business trips, stressing over projects and deadlines, thinking what to eat and where to spend the rest of the day. Sometimes I wish to just go back to year 1999-2010 and watch my favorite anime and cartoons on TV, play hide and seek, build tree houses and climb trees and walls, and draw anything too! But we can't force time to stop or even go back. We can just reminisce these best memories and make sure to make more happy memories today and in the future.

These are the photographs I took at Tagaytay City. These are the places I spent my childhood days !

If you're a Pinoy 90's kid, you pprobably know Sumpit or Sumpat , it's a blowgun. We used to make sumpit using drinking straws from one-peso samalamig (a sweet beverage sold in the streets) and the fruits below are one of our bala (bullet). Bullets can also be sago (tapioca). We have small group wars around the school premises especially during lunchbreaks and afterschool. Our white uniform will be soiled yellow and brown and almost sorts of colors. Thanks goodness, I hadn't heard of any injury during that sweet old days.

The Garden:A Childhood Memory

I remembered my childhood days spent with my Grandmother here. We always use the bridge in this garden to go to City Hall. She carried me on her back and we were so happy. I can still remember her scent. She's the first person who taught me to read and write 🌿. ...read more

Great photos. Love the tree!

Childhood is the best age, i wish i could go back in time and relive it:) We used to play with blowguns too back then, we used larger tubes and make missiles with paper cones. Sometimes they were accidents but noting serious fortunally.

Absolutely !

I am thinking of playing war games with blow guns again haha. But I think my mother would scold me for being too big to fit in the children's game.

It's nice to know that every child in different countries have almost the same set of games ! UNIVERSAL!

Yes, i think people have so much in common. The only problem is that they dont know it yet:)
