Back from watching the latest edition of the Jurassic World movie. Out from the Golden Village Cinema at Suntec City, I took this picture of a prop that occupied the place where Solo and I was sitting before. Anyway, back to the movie

After watching a number of Jurassic style movie. They are things that you can expect from this movie. Lots of screaming people. Lots of people chased by scrary creatures trying to bite their heads off. Of course, the story has to differ but it does draw reference from the last Jurassic World. So, it's good if you know a bit about, the main characters from prior include the Blue dinosaur but not really important.

Story has it that the dinosaurs are about to be extinct again because the Jurassic World which sort of meltdown before is about to have another meltdown because of a volcano eruption. A team finally got put together to go save the dinosaurs like capture them and move them to a sanctuary. Think Noah's ark like me and you are right but the operation save Jurassic World was not what it seems and things got ugly before the volcano erupted but the good guys end up sneaking into the "ark" with the bad guys. Still, it was sad to see on brontosaurus go left behind the island and go up in flames.

It turned out the dinosaurs were move to an estate by the bad guys who had a guy who looks like could the cousin of Mr Kim if you know what I mean engineer a dinosaurs to be weaponized. Back at the estate, the captured dinosaurs were to be sold to highest bidders. This include the engineered Indoraptor which is supposed to be a prototype. Needless to sad, something happen, something happened, something escaped, all hell broke lose (meaning people screaming and all) and the auction party was terminated abruptly.

The secret experiment facility in the estate holding the dinosaurs had some accident along the way and poisonous gas was leaking. So, the dinosaurs are all going to be killed. To save them, you need to release them but that means releasing them into our world turning our world into the Jurassic World. There will be no turning back. Will you save them again or will you let them be extinct again?

I left out mentioning a little girl and I did so deliberately hoping not to spoil it for you guys who may want to watch it.

I won’t say this is a must watch movie. Interesting story line and thought provoking. I still thought maybe I should have watch Solo instead but sometimes, that’s life. C’est la vie. You cannot have everything you want all the time.
