It was quite easy to see there are plants on the other side but the light is definitely not from cars. Out of the toilet after a turn from the corridor, I see this on the right.

很容易看到另一边有植物，但灯光绝对不是来自汽车。从走廊转弯后走出厕所后，我在右边看到这。

If you still have no clue, I walked further and turned right until I faced the part where the light shine it. Yes, below it the baggage claim area and I was in Changi Airport Terminal 3. See the conveyor belt? Specifically, it's the departure hall level but I'll take anything that mention airport as the answer and I could not find 4 winners. So, I'm giving the 4 SBD to just on sole winner @auleo who also told me I can take a leak at the toilet in Terminal 1 and see the aeroplane. Hmm...
