I've since posted various edits and shots of this, what I feel is an amazing scene
This limestone structure now called London Arch, was once known as London Bridge before a section of it fell into the sea!
Carved by the sea and the elements... and also destroyed by the same...
The power of the sea shall not be taken for granted
Sad, but these monuments will one day be all gone
Nature giveth... and nature taketh...

Haha.... there were two people stranded on that isolated piece... Had to be rescued by heli... lol
I bet they'll be telling that story to their grand kids and the kids will be rolling their eyes and saying yeah, yeah we heard that one before!

I love night when it is dark and cloudy and I am not expecting much then you get that short moment like these shots of yours
The name change must have taken a long time to sink in. The old timers are probably still calling it London Bridge.
Those kinds of rock structures are fascinating to me.
Haha, so was I.... London Bridge is so iconic! I only found the "new" name when I went to check on things while writing this... Oh yeah, I love these things too! :)
