I see this type of caterpillar. very fast movement the color is yellow making it hard to see. several types of caterpillars that are often found in grasses. This caterpillar has unique feathers.
Caterpillars of most are herbivorous species, but not all . Basically caterpillars pests are for plants. Caterpillars are also predators of fruits. besides that there are several types of caterpillars that are predators of other animals. however various caterpillar species are valued as sources of silk,
Caterpillars have soft bodies that can grow quickly and body size varies between species and instars. The caterpillars that I love to catch are the types of caterpillars that eat plants. This caterpillar is very small in body.
