Stop... Don't Rewind And Move Forward!
STOOOOOOP!! Can we rewind this?! Nooope?! Alright, then let's keep moving on! You see, sometimes we wish to take back the time to undo some mistakes or re-live several experiences. If humans had the ability to travel in time I'm pretty sure they will correct some mistakes and stop things from happening. Sounds cool, huh?! Mending our own wrongings, doing what we were supposed to do, not saying the words that destroyed people's hearts, showing love to the people that are not here anymore. So many things can be done!
I wouldn't change a thing, tho. All the good and bad is what make us who we are. We learn from our mistakes, from the things we do and the ones we didn't do. If we have the ability to rewind time and undo all then we would change and stop being what we are to become another person. Whether we like it or not every thing that happens in our live is supposed to mold us, to teach us something, to form our character. Unfortunately not everyone learns from life experiences and keep making the same mistakes over and over.
To look back from time to time to remember all you've been through can be painful but also can give you strength to keep moving forward. Learning from everything and letting all that shaping you to become a better version of yourself is what we're supposed to do. The future can be scary if you embrace the past too much. Letting go is needed to keep walking towards what's ahead of us and achieving things. Stop trying to rewind your life and keep moving forward.

It’s interesting sometimes to imagine an alternate reality. But whatever it may be, it’s not what you have now, or are now. Because so much shapes around every major choice we make in life, nothing would be the same if you had chosen something else. Some things might have been better, but others could have been worse — or at the very least, not what you know and love today.

Yeah, things can change so drastically in a matter of seconds with one action or word. All we do and experienced made us who we are, having the ability to change something from the past means we cease to exist the way we are now cause one action have many outcomes. I don't doubt humans will be capable of travel through time and space in a near future but I really believe that's a bad idea in the wrong hands.
The real meaning is here and now.
The past is gone, the future has not come yet. This is if time is linear. But this is not so
