MINIMALIST ABSTRACTIONS OF THE SUN
There are some simple geometric shapes in nature ...and compositions ... that I never get tired of ...
... the simple red circle of the setting ... or rising ... sun ... always catches my attention ... and somehow reminds me of a 2001: Space odyssey computer ... sometimes I can almost hear the sun talking to me :D with the voice from the movie ...
... especially when floating above the calm sea ... adding some lovely reflections to the scene ...
... sometimes I change the photograph to monochrome, to make the things more unreal and emphasize the abstract art feel of the picture ...
... sometimes the sun is cut into two parts by a cloud ... and sometimes one part is red and the other yellow ... and this looks very cool :) in a warm-colored way ...
... sometimes the sun is cut precisely in two equaly seized halves ... an this looks even cooler ...
... yap ... and that,s it ... have a good day ...
... or night ... wherever in the universe you are ...

:) Is not difficult ... just the manual settings on the camera ... and a bit of patience while waiting for the camera to do the long exposure ... but only when the moment is right and the moon isn't too bright
