Civil War Battle Reconstruction
A little civil war to you in the news feed. Today, October 6, in Samara, Leninskaya Street from Rabochaya to Krasnoarmeyskaya Street has returned 100 years ago - at the end of summer - the beginning of the autumn of 1918. During the festival, “Reviving Pages of History” was reminded to citizens of the events of the Civil War and the opposition of the Soviet authorities and the Committee of Members of the Constituent Assembly. In June 1918, as a result of bloody battles, Samara was occupied by rebellious Czechoslovak legionnaires and became the first capital of anti-Bolshevik forces in Russia, but on October 7 the city was again taken by units of the Red Army.
