Seems after hurricane Maria which they say the town of Arroyo received one of the hardest beatings, the town’s residents decided to encourage its people by showing solidarity with patriotism, “Puerto Rico shall rise again.” There are literally flags painted everywhere in this town and its nearby towns as well.
