Woke up with a hand print on my shoulder....

Have you ever woken up with a mark on your body that you can’t explain? What about the worried feeling that leaves you with? I tried to line my hand up for the mark but I can’t seem to be able to put my hand in the correct position to cover all aspects of the affected area! I wasn’t sleeping on my side rather I was on my back so there is ultimately no explanation as to how I got this handprint on my shoulder. Kinda eerie if you ask me!
