Trip to France - Part 5 - Luxembourg Gardens, Paris

The park is a gem. One of my favorite places to walk through in Paris. With plenty of green space, this is probably the best park in Paris. The pond is a great place to watch the kids sail boats or the ducks swim. The flowers are beautiful and the vibe is very relaxed. People are sunbathing, picnicking, and reading books.

If you are planning on staying here a while, make sure you bring food from a local supermarket nearby as the prices in the garden can be quite expensive in comparison. We were staying at a hotel just a couple of blocks from the Luxembourg Gardens so had to pass it just about every time we went to a subway station. The place is one of the perfect place for relaxing in Paris.
