Trip to Monaco - Part 3 - Harbor, Monte-Carlo

An interesting and quirky place. Location wise it is hard to understand the attraction as it is a bit tatty in places which is odd considering the apparent wealth. Must be all the spare money is spent on cars and yachts, definitely not on pensions, eh Phil?

Anyway we were in town as a stop on a cruise and the only game in town was the F1 circuit. It was so exciting to see the bits they don’t put away after the race and to actually see the famous landmarks close up. The grid positions and finish line are still painted in and you can actually walk the whole circuit, which we more or less managed in about an hour.

Plenty of expensive motors and a spectacular array of yachts to see in the harbor. Worth the trip to see the F1 circuit and to tick off the bucket list but not a lot to recommend a return visit.
