Sunday walk / 日曜日のお散歩

This is my second weekend since I decided to take a walk on the weekends to get some excercise.
I took both of my daughters yesterday for a walk and it was actually nice because they kept themselves busy talking to each other haha.
My youngest daughter is very chatty and she talks the whole time on the walk when I usually just want to walk but not talk.
She can’t even be quiet for 30 seconds...hahaha
Anyways, today is Sunday.
I took my chatty daughter for a walk with me.
I was going for the step count because I was on Actifit but my daughter wanted to walk on the beach so it turned out to be more of a stroll than getting excercise but oh well...

週末のお散歩、2週目です。
土曜日は娘を二人連れて先週と同じお散歩コースを歩きました。
二人揃うとどちらの相手もしなくていいので楽だなぁ〜笑
次女ちゃんはお喋りが止まらない子でなのですが、（ちょっとクワイエットタイム！と言っても30秒くらいしかもたない、笑）お姉ちゃんは妹のお喋りを上手に聞いてくれるので助かります。
さて、今日は日曜日、お喋りな方の娘を連れて散歩に出かけました。
Actifit を使いたいので、私としてはスタスタ歩く散歩をしたかったのですが、次女ちゃんのリクエストでビーチを歩くことに。
あまり運動にならないけど…まあ、いいや^^

下の写真のイヌクシュクは次女ちゃんが真似をして作ったものです。
後ろに見えるのはわたし作。
すぐに飽きちゃいました^^;

I used to take my dog for a walk on this route but it’s been a while since my dog passed away.
The scenery has changed a little due to the wind and waves.
We found a big swing on the branch of a tree which was probably knocked off by the wind.

今日のお散歩コースは、ワンコを飼っていた時によく歩いたコースです。
ワンコが亡くなってからは殆ど来ていなかったので、少し風景が変わっていました。
大きなブランコ！こんなの前はなかったです！

My daughter went on the swing but she was scared.
It is already pretty high up from the ground (my daughter is about 4’ 7”, she couldn’t climb up on it by her self) and it swings very high.

この木は多分、風で倒れたのかな…
次女ちゃん、ブランコに挑戦してみましたが、コワくてすぐにギブアップ。
シートが地面から結構高いところにあるし、（次女ちゃん、身長は140 センチくらいあるのですが、一人で登れないくらい高いブランコです）そして漕ぐとうぉぉぉ〜〜〜さらに高い！！！

This is my step count...1501...
We spent 1 1/2 hours strolling on the beach...we weren’t walking fast but we went quite far from our house.
Well, at least I got more than last weekend.
Actually, I re-installed the app because it seemed like it wasn’t working properly last weekend.
It was working fine during the week until I ran the update on my phone.
It only counted less than 1000 step on the same walk yesterday so I re-installed again before the walk today.
I thought may be this is the real count so I held the phone and walked for a while.
It wasn’t counting every steps...
Oh well, maybe it’s a bad match for my android phone.
I’ll just keep taking walks every weekends.

さてさて、そんな日曜日のお散歩の歩数はと言いますと、1501。
1時間半くらいウロウロしたんですけどね〜スタスタ歩いていなくても、結構遠くまで歩いたのですが…
まあ、先週末よりはいい感じですけどね。
実は先週末、Actifit の調子がおかしいみたいなので、再インストールしたんです。
週日はちゃんと動いていたんですけどね、スマホのアップデートをしたら、また調子が悪くなりました。
昨日のお散歩の歩数も1000歩以下で、今朝また再インストールしてからお散歩に出かけたのですが、私のスマホとアプリの相性がわるいのでしょうか…
スマホを手に持って歩数を見ながら歩いてみると、やっぱりちゃんとカウントしてなかったです。
アンドロイドだからかなぁ〜
残念ですが、仕方ないですね。
でもお散歩は続けます^^
