Falafel and vegan burgers for lunch.
Today my brother delighted us with a homemade lunch. Yes... it was done with boxed mixes, but everything came out really delicious. He fried the falafel and cooked the patties in a pan.
Healthy, vegan and delicious. I found both things to come out really tasty for coming in a box.
