You can grow anywhere you like!
I am wondering where those pansies came from. They are not as small as the real wild ones, but not as big as violas and pansies that you can buy in spring in garden centers.
But this years they are everywhere! And they are allowed to grow where they want :)
So I find small buses blooming between sprouting carrots, next to lettuce, under tomato bushes, in the middle of the lawn (those will get haircut together with the grass regularly too)... everywhere! And they bloom so lovely that we don't treat that very invasive weed. Adding some nice colour to the veggie garden. They are allowed.
I had to put the camera almost on the ground to catch that lovely bokeh from the lilac trees behind. Pretty pretty bubbles :)
