It's #Caturday, so it is time for some Suzi shots.
Last week was the lazy Suzi, this week is the hard working one. The little helper shows up whenever I have to take some shots. Everything must be under control of course. And of course the photos always come out better after she checks on things first. It's pretty obvious.
First the plant itself must be sniffed, then she will stand guard to make sure no other creature or hooman will disturb me. See the concentration on her furry face?
What would I do without her?
As a model, besides the kitty, was an Echeveria plant that I grew from a leaf. I found one on the shop floor, took it home and with a bit of luck I got a plant. It is a weird one though. When it started to look like an echeveria it was growing very flat. I thought it will be cristata form and got a bit disappointed since I don't like those.
But then it started to split and now it has two tops. It is not a main one and side shoot. The tip just split :) I like it this way. Maybe I should cut the heads and root them separately. The stem is very thin and I dunno if it will be able to hold both of them. But I will worry about it later.
It is so pretty now with this pastel green and pink.
No ID on it of course.

Oh, I have lots of those duos. She is always around. Suzi with orchids, Suzi with cactus... always checking :)
