Sweat It Out Teachers of Mactan National High School
Good day to all Steemians. Sharing this Wellness Dance by the teachers of Mactan National High School here in Lapu-lapu City, Philippines. When the MAPEH Department initiated the Dance Wellness Competition to students by year level, during the teacher's team building we were obliged to dance as an exercise and be energized until the last of many activities prepared. Here we are with no exemption even the most mature educator.
We fastly breathed after the performance since we were not used to do physical activities, most of our time is devoted sitting for paper works and preparing our lessons. The impact of the stress to this nature of work is more on eye strain in which most teachers already wore eyeglasses even on early age.
