Foodphotography - My coocking specialities
When i have enough time i do a lot of cooking and i like too eat sweet food, so i coock a lo of pancakes or Sugared pancake with stewed plums or asparagus, sweet chestnuts dumplings with chocolate sauce, strawberry milk, spaghetti, meat with sauce... and whatever i like. I have to admit i can only cook the dishes i really like to eat. But i also cook a lot of soups like tomato soup or broccoli soup. With my Thermomix kitchen aid most of these dishes are prepared very easy and without a lot of effort.
Most of the time i only cook when i am already pretty hungry so i need dishes that are ready within 20 minutes till half an hour. In summer i eat a lot of soups and they are prepared pretty fast and easy, just mixing the ingredients in the Thermomix and cooking it for several minutes. In Summer i like to eat asparagus with a dip, because it is also very easily prepared in several minutes.

Wow, Walnußklöße. Die gibt's auch nur in Österreich im Supermarkt, oder?
Das Problem, daß Kochen gerade schnell gehen muß, habe ich derzeit auch. Du hast ja trotzdem ein paar leckere Sachen dabei.
Sind keine Walnüsse sondern Maroniknödel (Edelkastanie) kein Supermarkt, selbst gemacht. Einfach Maroni in den Mixer etwas Schlagsahne dazu zu Knödel formen und ab in den Kühlschrank. Dann noch Schokoladen Sauce drüber und fertig.
