Trying to Reach the Sky??

Hi Friends... Here are some pictures of a flower plant, from a flower decoration, held at a flower show arranged by our city corporation here, at a nearby park some time ago.

This is a decorative plant, and belongs to the banana family I think. But the flower or the fruit of the plant is like this... dark-red or orange-red in color, looks like a row of red parrots, which lasts for nearly a month, if left on plant!

Though this is not consumable, it looks very attractive and can be used only for decorating purposes...

Here I liked the way they made this flower arrangement. The other pipe we can see nearby is the flag pole.

The actual height of this flower arrangement was about 10 feet... :)

And as it was much higher than me, in my photo it looks as if it's trying to Reach the Sky!! :)

Today is Monday and this is also for the colorchallenge for the day - Monday Red!!

I used to have flowers like this, because there are so many people who have them. now there are no more because of many developments in my area. looking at your photos that are very nice and beautiful reminds me of that moment, thank you @geetharao
