Gringalicious Thursday Things: I Forgot I Was in a German Magazine?
Happy Thursday friends, just thought I’d do some sharing of a few things I’m loving lately.
1.Firstly, um how do you forget about being in a magazine? Well, I guess only I could do that. You see, I got an email a few months ago from Germany from a magazine editor for SWEET DREAMS and she asked for the use of one of my recipes in the book. I know, how can you forget that???

3.I just started on season 2 of Stranger Things and I’m already so curious to know what’s going on. Also, I might have binge watched Riverdale on Netflix while I was really sick with the flu for 2 days last week. I honestly have never had a flu that sucked motivation like this one. So happy to be well and back to blogging. Also, I really have been wanting to do some reading lately. Any book suggestions?
4.Something else I really need to do is update my gym wardrobe. Where is your favorite place to shop for that? I need tips.
5.I’ve been trying some new styles of photo editing but I’m not sure how I feel about it yet. What do you think?
6.It looks like my sis and I will be heading to San Diego in a few weeks. So excited!
7.I’ve been obsessed with yogurt bowls for the longest time, but now it’s been reaching an all-time high you guys. Basically you just pile a bunch of whatever sounds good on top of a bowl of yogurt with berries and you’ve got the best snack ever. Okay, so maybe that’s an over-simplified way of describing it, but seriously #obsession!
8.Also, my new camera is proving to be even better than I imagined. I can’t wait until I’ve had more time discovering all it can do because there are just so many functions and capabilities that I haven’t even begun to master.
9.Since we’ve moved back to the States I haven’t bought one single cookbook. I know, how can a food blogger say that? Well, my parents got me the Half Baked Harvest cookbook for Christmas and I’m super psyched to test out some of Tieghan’s recipes. If you haven’t checked out her blog you’ve got to. She’s incredible
10.Oh, and Henry the teddy says hi!

wow, you saw the mag in Germany? How cool is that. I use Lightroom, however, one of my Christmas presents was the latest and greatest Photoshop, so soon I am going to teach myself how to use it. Great commenting, thanks so much @lisadang

My goodness you are intuitive! I'm not ok. I'm run down, sick, and have been on my computer way way too much for the past month. You really have got me pegged. I'm trying to find some balance between work and travel and rest. But since my blog has more or less blown up and I'm earning $$$ it's been a challenge. I still want to keep up with all the people I care about like yourself as well. I'll figure it out. But will be going to bed early tonight that's for sure. Yourself, how have you been?
I am fantastic, thanks. I too feel overwhelmed with all the responsibilities of steem. The price correction may allow for a breather. There are lots of things happening behindd the scenes which appeared to accelerate when the price went up. I still have not found equilibrium with some many posting, and posting much more often. Like I said, perhaps the correction will allow for me to catch my breath. We'll talk more in a future post, I'm sure
I've notice things have slowed down. It's funny how people's memories are so short. Steem and SBD is up 400% still from a month ago!....but "it's down" and so is the traffic. Which is fine for us. I need a breather. In fact I'm right along there with you now, two post a day morning and evening. But I did certainly make hay while the sun was shining. Including trading out 10gs of earnings at an avg price of 9$=1SBD. Have it in Cash and Silver. Feeling Smart seeing where the price is today. I could now buy back twice the amount of steem with this money. Something to consider. I really like how this place is more than a blogosphere. It's got this market element that I'm used to with over 10 years of stock, bond, currency, and commodity trading experience. If you even see a parabolic short term move. Like we just did you may want to consider moving some money around. Anyway. I just had a cup of coffee and I'm in full steem ahead reply/writing mode. No need to reply to this long letter. I just enjoy keeping up with you. Thank you very much for your continued support. I'm about to cross into the 1000 follower territory. I'm assuming the sndbox is working out well for you. Wow I loved the great eye you have for photography, this is something that not everyone can do even if they think it is very easy, it is not easy.
