Ich liebe die Artischocken Zeit!
Das Rezept ist so einfach. Aber soooo wunderbar.
Artischocken mit ein wenig Olivenöl, Wasser, eine Knoblauchzehe, eine Chili und etwas Salz für 40 min köcheln. Dabei zeigt die Seite mit dem Stiel, der davor angeschnitten wird nach oben.
Dazu einfach Tomaten mit Zwiebeln (aus Tropea....sind die besten. Falls zu scharf einfach kurz ins Wasser legen) und etwas Burrata. Kann natürlich auch ein guter Mozzarella sein. Wir hatten grade Burrata im Kühlschrank.
Schon anrichten. Fertig.
Danach noch ein schönes Artischocken Risotto 😉
