Some people like to pitch a tent up against the beach's and along the top of cliff shores, If you haven't tried it, you should do it at least once for experience but remember to bring thick clothing,fire wood and some hot coffee in a thermos if its not in the warm season even in California.
You can rent out camp spots on the beach that already has a pit for fires parking right up to the beach and shielded with wooden or concrete walls in L shapes. If you're not big a camping with a tent just rent out a RV and some companies will drive it to the spot and when you get to the place it will be sitting waiting for you to use likewise once your done camping in your rented RV you just leave and they will pick it up and drive it back to the company. You wont regret it, life is about making good memories and for most people this will be a great one!
When the morning rises it will be well worth it, make sure you're up and watching it as it will stick with you for the rest of your life if you want it to. For me I take photos and will be doing some video recording once I get the camera I've been saving up for that does good in low light. Right now I'm looking at the Canon mark ii, mark iv, Sony a7r iii and so on. I've been doing a bit of research and don't forget the lens that can cost as much as the camera. What camera do you use and why?

Make @shadowbot your Witness Voting Proxy
Simply follow the 5 steps below:
Head to the Vote for Witness page.
At the very bottom of the page you will see "You can also choose a proxy that will vote for witnesses for you. This will reset your current witness selection."
