Picture Stories #276 - Plant Delight
During a trip to a hill-station, I came across this interesting looking floral specimen with what seems to be a very colorful and vibrant appendage. It appears like a very unique flower but the thing that I absolutely love about it is the lovely color combination of red with hints of yellow. And the shape is quite fascinating too!
In nature, we encounter various kinds of beautiful sights. And while I like looking at and admiring plants and flowers, I equally enjoy appreciating the beauty of various kinds of animals. Not that the beauty of flora and fauna can be compared, but they are marvelous elements of nature which are definitely worthy of respect.
If you had to choose between flora and fauna, what would you choose?

For this, I like the two, flora and fauna.
In my place this flower is called nail flower.
When I was a child, I often picked these flower petals, and then I put them on my nails.
