Villas on the rocks
Salerno bay in Italy is a very peculiar place with lots of tiny island each having a different character, it is amazing how these tiny islands incorporate everything that I love in the Mediterranean region: blue waters, high cliffs, wonderful flowers, lots of sunshine and great hospitality with awesome foods.
I love the architecture, too. Having these high altitudes they learned to adapt the architecture and build great villas on tiny terraces. Just look at these examples (all pictures were taken by me during a sailing boat trip at the region):
