No need to go to the gym every day or diet desperately to keep your body ideal. Improving your daily lifestyle such as getting used to breakfast, eating small portions and others will also keep your body slim. Want to know what other habits can maintain weight without exercise?

  1. Vegetables
    Make sure half the portion of your food is filled with vegetables. Vegetables contain fiber and water which will facilitate digestion and maintain your body weight.

  2. Small portion
    If you want to stay slim, always order your food in small portions.

  3. Salad or Soup
    Before entering the main menu, do not forget to order a salad or soup compared to a basket of bread or other. Salads and soups contain few calories but can fill your stomach, so you don't need to eat a lot when the main food comes out later.

  4. Leave Food
    Before you start eating, make it a habit to set aside a quarter of your meal. Share your leftovers with friends or spouses when eating together.

  5. Drink lots of water
    Sometimes you don't realize are you really hungry, or just thirsty? For that, try drinking a glass of water every time you feel like eating something. You can also add lemon juice to give flavor and additional vitamins.

    Enjoying coffee or tea will feel less without the sweetness of sugar. But avoid using packaged sugar or sachets. Just one teaspoon of sugar if you want to add sweetness to your drink, or you can also replace sugar with honey.

  3. Food
    Before going for a walk with the closest person, make sure you eat something like fruit or vegetables so that the stomach doesn't feel empty. If you go on an empty stomach, you will order food that is more than your needs.
