Modern Sydney

When travelling around the world, I am sometimes amazed by how much diversity and character there is in a country.

This isn’t only reflected by the people that live in these areas but also the environment itself. Architecture is perhaps one of the most amazing ways to explore a new city and it is often telling of the many historic facts of the area too.

This can relate to country settlement and influence that has since left or even the ties that the area once had with foreign lands. In many cases, foreign architects has created eye catching and iconic designs for other countries.

It’s no surprise that these iconic landmarks are able to draw attention as much has been invested to differentiate it from the local surrounding architecture. In Sydney there is a great deal of variation in architectural design that incorporates styles from all around the world.

One of the most pleasant things I have found in the City of Sydney is it isn’t a typical concrete jungle to get lost in. There is much to see and the grasslands are within close distance.
