Tea and The Bund 2！

For the early afternoon I would be having tea at the Banyan Tree, an international establishment that serves as a luxurious resort for travellers along some of the grandest locations. The Banyan Tree is located right along the waters of the Bund and offers many facilities to its visitors. The delicate and colour snacks were served in one of the most interesting styles I had come across. The blue serving ornament was decorated with the food in its shelves and the mix of colours made for a most attractive tea set.

The food at the Banyan was prepared to the highest quality and I could tell that the chefs here used multiple high level techniques to achieve these dishes of artwork. Attention to detail and meticulous preparation are testament to the high level of service that is experienced at the Banyan. Shortly after finishing, the evening began to creep in and I headed up to the roof top bar and restaurant to experience one of the greatest views to be had of Shanghai. With a bottle of red wine and a helping of oysters, I glanced across the bund to see the beautiful city view. The lights illuminated throughout the city and the Oriental Pearl Tower glowed a beautiful pink.
