Little mushroom in my backyard.

Today, after i done my work i went outside my backyard to cut grass. Suddenly i found this beautiful mushroom that is sitting on old tree stump. It looks beautiful. I don't know if it is poisonous or not.
I only know one fact about mushrooms and that is, that some mushrooms taste almost exactly like fried chicken but i don't know name or how they look. :) And yeah, magic mushrooms makes you "tripping" but i never tried them, so i can't tell you if this is true. :D
