My photography beginnings

I remember time when I bought my Canon 600D, about 4-5 years ago. It was greatest moment in my life, but I was not good at all, that was the time when I started using manual mode in my camera and started finding new approach to taking photos. At that time I was trying to capture some light trails by taking photos of some fireworks, sparkles and chasing thunderstorms.

This photo of thunderstorm was one of my best photos back then, this was just a pure luck to capture this amazing lightning. Position was good as well, rule of thirds, it looks like I was planing to capture this like that but no, nature did that for me. :)

Photographing sparkles was my challenge to make good photo just by playing with manual mode in my camera. I remember, I had only two of them so there wasn't a lot of room for mistakes, yet it didn't come good as I wanted. Whole mid section is blown out so I couldn't recover highlights in post.

And at the end, some bokeh with my first lens that I had, Helios 44-2. At that time I was photographing some bokeh photos. I just took some scented candle, took some chistmas lights and took vertical panorama of 5 photos so I can create this photo. It was challenge for me back then, because my editing skill in Photoshop were pretty bad. :D
