Nightscape Photography-Monochrome Monday

It was Febuary 2018 when I finally decided on the first higher end Camera I have ever purchased. It was the Canon T7i 800D with Video Creator Kit and cost me close to $1200 USD.

After researching for month's trying to weigh all the pro's and con's against price, it finally arrived in the mail.

You know that feeling, it was like waking up Christmas Morning wanting to dive right into opening the presents.

It was night-time when I finally had everything out, set up and the basics read, so I could put it to use.

Never mind that it was -10°F with 30mph winds, I was going to try it out and that I did. This is just one of the many shots I took that night.

The shot is of a polished Stainless Steel Sculpture that sits out in front the Chi Center in Downtown Omaha, NE.

Wow that is one expensive bit of kit.
Nonetheless the shot looks incredible.
Can't wait to see more great shots.

That at the time was actually among the most current technology for the cheapest price, comparably to what's available. This is also considered a starter camera for the novice. The next step are the professional lenses that start at that price by themselves.

It's not a cheap hobby. Thanks for the compliment.
