or Spaghetti Bolognese ala Oldtimer.

Look at me!

You must be thinking: this poor guy is so desperate that he started to publish cooking posts.

After a long time, I had the whole day on disposal and I forced myself to stay away from the laptop.

I decided to prepare a real homemade lunch.

But I could also take some shots and get material for the evening post.

Why not?

The first and very important step.

Take care of the cook of course.

A can of beer will do the job.

Meat, onions, and tomato paste

Salt, pepper, olive oil, and apple vinegar.

It looks like kitties wanted some of the bolognese. Though I remember too that cats always get intrigued over red food. The sauce too maybe, What are their names? Does someone have allergies?

Have an extra slice of the Black Forest cake for me. One of my favorites but definately on the forbidden foods list.

Još jedan originalan i neočekivan post sa simpatičnim tekstom i slikama.
Kod nas, kada se kaže “Špageti Bolonjeze”, misli se da dominira paradajz (domaći kečap) i parmezan. Strašno mala izgleda konzerva na slici. Mada, ima i onih koji nisu ljubitelji paradajza… Možda da probate da luku dodate jednu iseckanu, suvu, crvenu papriku, i malo rendane šargarepe, a u mleveno meso obavezno kockice dimljene slanine. I ispoštujete više pomoćnike. :)
Kuvane špagete iskoristiti i za slatku varijantu. Preliti ih grizom koji se uprži na malo masnoće, pomešati sa mlevenim orasima, a kad se malo prohlade dodati eurokrem ili šećer.
Hvala na deljenju, @oldtimer, možda su neki neplanirano večeras spremali špagete. :)
