I love soup. I wish I could eat it more often. Like today, when I ventured into this tiny cozy café close to my university and discovered their “soup du jour” – parsnip soup with freshly baked bread! Yum!

Soup is one of my favorite things to eat, summer or winter. There are so many different things you can use and add to it - making it a meal all by itself.
Parsnip soup is delicious and with crusty bread on the side- oh, yes, please! My mother used to make a wonderful parsnip and apple soup. Oh, yummy!
