What for a tree? Question to gardeners to fans.

All hello, friends!!! In our park in the downtown planted new trees recently. As usual put chestnuts, a maple, a poplar. But this year have planted an unclear tree. What for a tree? I want to ask a question to gardeners to fans.

At this tree claret leaves, as at a maple, but claret color. Just the same color buttercups. Here look. So the tree blossoms. I looked for information on this tree on the Internet, but unfortunately haven't found. It is very interesting how this tree is called.
