Watching the Water Run - Honolulu Hawaii

I went back to Manoa Stream to meditate.

I sat on a rock and just listened to the sound of the water.

I heard the water, the wind, and the birds in the trees.

I did not hear people and that was comforting.

I felt my heart slow, my breathing slow.

I thought about what was important to me, and discovered that I want to be better.

Better tomorrow than I am today.
