Starbucks Anti-Bias Training
I enjoyed the time with my Starbucks coworkers during the Anti Racial-Bias Training at the Downtown Starbucks.
I’m not going to say it was a complete waste of time, because I learned a few things about my coworkers.
The Training was extremely confusing to me and to most of the partners at our Starbucks location.
We have plenty of nonpaying customers that sit down in our store, and our nonpaying customers are mostly panhandlers and drug addicts.
We didn’t receive any training on how to deal with customers high on Methamphetamine.
Our store has never had a racial incident, and I never thought to ask a nonpaying customer to leave regardless of his or her ethnicity.
8000 Starbucks locations closed for the 4 hours of Racial-Bias Training, so it was quite an undertaking by such a large corporation.
I’m @runridefly, and I love all the crazy partners at the Downtown Starbucks,
Wow excellent photography and great life enjoy. thanks for sharing

Anyone who walks through the door is considered a customer.
So what is the official policy about distributing free lattes for black reparations?
Starbucks doesn’t do free
I assumed you had seen this:
That’s bull crap. I had a 6’5” Black man threaten to punch me because I was charging him for toffee nut
LOL, you should have told him only caramel was free.
Looks like everyone had great time out there
