Delicious breakfast - Baked sandwich

Breakfast is the first intake that a person must perform, as it breaks with the nightly fasting and replenishes glucose levels in the blood (glucose is the body's energy source). It is highly recommended by all professionals, nutritionists and doctors because it is the most important meal of the day in which the person gets energies and vitamins that will serve for the rest of the day. A good breakfast:

Today I will show you how to prepare a delicious breakfast full of vitamins, fiber, and essential minerals for our body.

Baked sandwich.

Ingredients:

  • Mozzarella cheese (100 grams)
  • Yellow cheese (3 slices)
  • Ham (3 slices)
  • Peppers (1 small)
  • Onion (1 Small)
  • Parsley (50 grams)
  • Eggs (4 units)
  • Sandwich bread or peasant bread
  • Salt

Step 1:

Cut into small pieces the mozzarella cheeses and the yellow cheese, the ham, the paprika, the onion and the parsley.

Step 2:

In a container add the eggs, beat and then add the ingredients cut into small pieces, add salt and mix.

Step 3:

Cut the loaves into slices and place them on a previously greased tray.

Step 4:

Add the previous mixture to the breads and bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
