Creature Feature - Red-eye Medusa Jellyfish
One of the more striking jelly's in the temperate waters of the Pacific Northwest. This small jelly is named for its band of red dots that can be seen at the base of the tentacles that circle the bell. Only growing up to about 15cm these little creatures can be found floating around among the eel grass beds in the shallows.
