Hello everyone, I am Lu, here is the Chinese fashion food section. Today is a traditional dish of Jiangxi Province, China: Green pepper fried pork.

Green pepper contains capsaicin, which has the effect of dispelling cold, relieving depression and strengthening stomach. Appropriate eating of green pepper can promote saliva secretion and enhance appetite; green pepper meat slices are more comprehensive, protein and vitamin C content is higher, and regular consumption is beneficial to human body.  I personally strongly recommend eating with rice, My God is really delicious.

Ingredients that need to be prepared:

1: pork (150 g); 2: green pepper (60 g); 3: cooking wine (3 g); 4: soy sauce (3 g); 5: salt (4 g); 6: white sugar (2 g); 7: vinegar (1 g); 8: vegetable oil (15 g).

Step:

1: Cut the pork and green pepper into pieces in a shape with a knife;

2: Pour the vegetable oil into the pot and heat it to 60% heat. Pour in the chopped pork and stir fry for 2 minutes;

3: Add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and sugar to the pot, stir fry for 1 minute on medium heat;

4: Then add green pepper and vinegar, stir fry for 2 minutes and finish;

1: The skin of the pork must be removed;

2: Pork should be cut thinner;
