A trip to the wood pigeons

Yesterday before lunch, had to go to my brother in the village. I will not hide that I went mainly because of the forest pigeons-wood pigeons))). My brother told me interesting things on the phone yesterday...
It turns out that during the habitat near pricy, seeing that no one is trying to attack them, imbued with trust to others and began to fend for themselves at close distance. The wood pigeons-parents are less likely to visit their Chicks. The need to feed them disappeared. But when adult birds come to visit their offspring, they actively teach them to search for food. And they have learned to drink water from the sprinklers, which are many around the site...
Chicks are now almost no different from adult birds in color. Prefer to relax all the same on his Christmas tree, next to the nest. But the peck of grain and stones needed for digestion, down on the lawns and paths.
