Venison

I tried eating the venison I got the other day.

The meat was added to the sauce. So, there was no peculiar smell.

The texture of it seems to be a bit hard liver.

In Japan, there is a dish using pig liver, and it is similar to that.

When we eat wild game meat dishes, we get well.
