Where I be
Delayed flights got me here a little late which means I got straight to work but, I guy gotta eat.
Where am I? I am in Vienna.
The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the old town so I kind of ran here, and shot some images on the move. It is a pretty city and running photography is not the way it should be experienced however, take what you can get.
As I have said, I am really busy while here so I am trying to squeeze in a little bit of personal time between the work tasks. I am hoping things will go well and I will do a few more trainings here in the future and then be able to meet up with some of the local Steemians... If things go well.
These photos are straight out of the EM-1 camera and cropped to 16:9 on my phone. It is handy having a WiFi connection on the camera for transferring, my last didn't and it was awkward.
Vienna has a lot of pretty buildings in the old town area at least, and I think with time it would be nice to explore. I struggled to find a decent place to eat though that wasn't a restaurant but did find a place with good appel strudel, so... Close enough.
I even tried my hand at a little street life photography, something I have always liked the idea of but never have really done much of. These are the only two shots I took so, I am not much more experienced now either.
Ok, back to the hotel to work and hopefully on the way I will find a little souvenir for my daughter. Perhaps a few more running shots too.

Well, I got lost walking back to the hotel so, that was a decent your of the back streets :D
The gentleman in the last picture is certainly seizing the moment as are you in your own way. :)
He was indeed enjoying himself as he shouted at tourists as they tried to take photos of the view :)
Now you've exposed my astral twin to whom I commissioned the task to stalk you and look for you across vienna to make us sure you are fine and kicking hard. :)

The buildings are in really good condition here with very few looking rundown, it is pretty.
I have always heard Vienna was a pretty city and hope you get out again later. Maybe next time it won't be such a rush and a little free time. Who would of thought this two months ago that you would be travelling in Europe working for a company.
Ha, yeah. I wouldn't have picked me doing this a few months ago. It is pretty interesting though and I hope that things go well so I can keep travelling a bit. There are lots of factors involved though.
What???? You say you have to eat and don’t post any food porn, just buildings... and people... where is the Sacher Torte? Where are the Mozart kugeln (or whatever they are called) xD come on! Vienna food next please :3

I wish there was more time to enjoy the food but most of the time I am holed up in the hotel - but not for any fun reasons.

It is pretty at least. I would like more time to talk with the locals.
Vienna is one of my dream place to visit. Really good place that I wish to visit. Lucky you are. Happy for you :)
