😋 Green Ice Cream 🍲
This ice cream is a refreshing and invigorating way to cool this summer. According to the products used, it is actually sorb, but if you freeze it on a stick you will enjoy fresh and delicious ice cream. But the beauty of this sorbet lies in its simplicity.
This recipe is only 3 ingredients. Sugar is not much to make the cucumber's fresh taste dominate.
Ingredients
1.5 kg Cucumbers
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 hrs. Sugar
Method of preparation
- Peel the cucumbers and remove the seeds. Cut the cucumber into large pieces and put them in a kitchen robot, along with lemon juice and sugar. Pass until the mixture becomes smooth.
- Transfer to a tightly closed box and leave it in the freezer for at least 1 hour. for best cooling leave a day.
- Before serving, leave at room temperature for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprouts.
