Lions Head at Night
This is a picture of the Lion's head in Cape Town, just before sundown. After spending the day hiking, we were on the way back to the car and as we turned the corner is saw this stunning sigh in front of me. The mountain got the name as it looks like a the head of a crouching lion or sphinx, the body of it being Signal hill which is the lower, flatter part of the mountain range. Any one climbed Lion's head before?

Awesome capture. Did you do the hike up to the top? The view from there is unreal at sunrise / sunset. It's like a real life version of Google Earth (if that makes sense)
Thank you! I didn't go up Lion's head, though I really wanted to but didn't make it in the time that I had in Cape Town. All the more reason to come back though.
That's the thinking ;) Always leave one thing left undone so that you have a reason to go back.
