Highland Cows [ITA]
Decisamente una delle miei razze bovine preferite... come si fa a non amarla?
Questa razza bovina da carne e' troppo bella cioè io sono innamorato perso. Questa razza che proviene dalla Scozia ecco perché si chiama highland (mia deduzione ma credo sia corretta) e' quella che trovate un po' ovunque su google quando scrivete bovino.. una delle prime ad uscire e' proprio questa :)
Da premettere che le foto che ho fatto io purtroppo non sono fighe come questa che ho trovato su pixabay anche perché son state prese velocemente e col telefonino.
Come avrete capito ci sono due varianti, ovvero una rossiccia ed una col pelo scuro. Preferisco indubbiamente quella col pelo rossiccio. Sto pensando di avere un poster di questa razza nella mia stanza da letto!

I didn't understand the languages but these family of cows are great to watch and whenever i see group of animals that gives so natural essence and it push me towards the thought that this life is just not about we human beings, we have to move forward with all these beautiful creatures because that's the beauty of this planet we can see so much diversified creatures and every creature have it's own unique skills.
People accept or not every creatures exists with particular reason and we have to maintain that cycle by giving respect to every creature, and human beings are more established beings so we have to showcase love towards other creatures. I didn't understand the language but after watching these pictures i shared what comes in mind.

Qui in Svizzera sono spuntati diversi greggi negli ultimi anni, perchè conosciuta come razza molto resistenze e adatta a diversi terreni e climi. È davvero bella, a volte mi sembra un orsone con le corna!

Le "Angus steak" e le "Angus burger" si fanno con carne di Highland Cow ?
No c'e' proprio una razza chiamata Aberdeen Angus che e' e' decisamente diversa da questa razza. E' tipo la razza che ho descritto nel primo post sulle vacche da carne ma completamente nera! qui trovi altre info
