Swapmeet Finds #3130
Now here's an interesting little piece of ephemera found among Sonia Jensen's photos. Looks to be circa 1940s. Maybe even during WWII, when everyone was so concerned about saving and fixing things (instead of just buying new ones). I couldn't find ANY information on this "Jensen Manufacturing Co." Wonder if this was Sonia's company? Or her parents? It probably didn't last long, once people became prosperous enough not to need such things (or want to go through this much hassle, just to save a stocking!).
And here's what the manufacturing factory at 13163 Tarquin St. Sylmar, CA looks like today. :-)
The part of the history.
