And from that same photo album, here we have an 8"x10" picture of "No. 4 School W.N.Y. June 1963" by the Craftsman photographers. Looks like a high school class to me.

Not enough info to see if this school is still around (or not). Although, that rounded part of the building behind them (on the left) leads me to believe it might be the school in the bottom picture. If so, it's had major renovations in the past 56 years (and has turned into an elementary school).

According to Albio Sires Wikipedia page:

"On October 4, 2013 Sires' home town of West New York, New Jersey, honored him by renaming its Public School No. 4 the Albio Sires Elementary School. The school, which is located at 6300 Palisade Avenue, is the elementary school that Sires himself attended as a child."
