Today I want to dedicate my post to a beautiful, juicy berry. What kind of berry, in your opinion, is this? Of course, strawberries. I love strawberry.

Summer has come, and we are trying, as efficiently as possible, to supplement our body with useful vitamins and nutrients found in vegetables, berries and fruits. One of these vitamins is among the berries, ripening at the very beginning of summer, is strawberries.

Strawberries are eaten live, cooked with compotes, added to desserts, harvested for the winter in the form of jam and jams, well, they simply freeze in the freezer. In a word, strawberries are consumed all year round and in any form.

In this article I want to offer you the simplest recipe for strawberries with ice cream, and to pound strawberries for the winter.

Since ancient times, women of completely different nationalities have used strawberries as cosmetic products for skin care of face and body. Thanks to the rich content of salicylic acid, this berry serves as an excellent whitening and anti-inflammatory agent for acne, freckles, pigment spots. Strawberry mask can be used as an acid peel with a fading skin.

Strawberries are good for me for a year. It contains many vitamins, minerals and other valuable elements. In strawberries, more than in lemon, vitamin C, a lot of folic acid, salicylic and other organic acids, iron and copper, a huge amount of antioxidants. Berries of strawberries give a rejuvenating effect, reduce the level of cholesterol. Salicylic acid helps fight against urolithiasis, stimulates the gallbladder, speeds up digestion. Iron increases the level of hemoglobin, well strengthens blood vessels and joints.

Do you know how to priavilno eat strawberries? Many people like to sprinkle with strawberry sugar. He is already rich in sugar, and an attempt to further sweeten it threatens only overweight. In addition, one of the most important properties of strawberries is an antiseptic, it kills a large number of microbes. And sugar neutralizes it, because it is a favorite environment for the development and life of various bacteria.

Strawberry is an aromatic berry that has unique nutritional, medicinal and useful properties. It contains a large amount of sugars, vitamins, folic acid, fiber, carotene, pectins, iron, cobalt, calcium, phosphorus and manganese.

It is hard to imagine hot summer days without the cold sweetness of a unique dessert - ice cream. Very tasty ice cream with strawberries. Such a dessert is divine.

For this dessert I chose ice cream - stuffing.

For the production of ice cream is applied: dairy cow natural, pasteurized, condensed whole with sugar; condensed and dried cream; oil cow; eggs of chicken; buttermilk (nonfat cream) and whey; berries, fruit, coffee and cocoa.

Cooking strawberries for the winter

Strawberry is thin and bizarre. Frost is difficult to give, but there are several secrets with which you can agree with him in a friendly way - and prepare for the winter of this super-useful and tasty berry.

Despite the fact that this berry has a pronounced sweet taste, it can be recommended even to patients with diabetes mellitus. In addition, strawberries are irreplaceable in the fight against excess weight, because it prevents the absorption of fat and excess carbohydrates in the intestines, stimulating the intestinal motif.

Freezing berries is best in plastic dishes.

1 kilogram of strawberry

200 grams of powdered sugar. All mix in a blender and pour into a plastic tray. Put in the freezer.

More than 85% of the mass of strawberries is water. And this is special purified water, which gives the body a huge amount of useful substances, each of its cells. It is important that strawberries be grown with caring hands, as well as sun, air and water without extraneous "chemical" help. Then the berry will be really useful. 

And do not forget to rinse the strawberries well before use. The berry grows and sings practically on the ground, actively accumulating useful substances inside and far from being the most useful on its surface. The fact that during the season of strawberry did not have to treat food poisoning, exacerbation of intestinal dysbiosis.

In general, strawberries benefit and health to all who use it correctly. The main thing is to understand that this berry helps qualitatively, and it can only do great damage.
