#217 - Not sure if that's a dirty finger. The man on white shirt does seem to gesture the finger. They were all waiting for their ride home, a jeepney perhaps or a transport van. By the looks of it, it is not his actual finger but probably a bill for his fare rolled on. Shot in Marikina City.
