Maybe it's time to start music lessons!
We went to visit my cousin today with my daughter and she was so in love with the keyboard they had there.
She really wanted to play it, and kept asking for different songs. He was able to put some YouTube tutorials on the TV so she could actually follow along and try to play. She was really into it and has always loved trying to make music around the house.
My only question is that shes currently 3 years old and wondering when the optimal time to start lessons would be?
That's awesome, my daughter comes in when in making music and wants to sit in my lap, problem is she is 8 and not tiny anymore, never hurts to have lessons.

Never too early to start. I think it's called the Suzuki method where you can start off teaching them to play by ear at that level and wait to learn reading sheet music until they are older.
