Pinky and Spiky: Hot air balloon

Pinky and Spiky went out for a date and while they are at the park, they saw some hot air balloons in the sky. Spiky shared that he really want to ride and fly a hot air balloon with his own. Then here comes Pinky who does not want to try riding and flying the hot air balloon.

Spiky asked Pinky what is the reason why she does not like to try it. Then Pinky explained that she does not have a license to fly to the hot air balloon and scared to be caught by the police.
